Personally, I love the medium-sized patches the most; they stick well, stay in place, and do the job overnight. The small patches are great too, but I’d recommend using them at night — especially if they’re placed around areas that move a lot (like near the mouth), as they can come off more easily during the day.
If you have frequent breakouts or active acne, these pimple patches will save your life. I was a non-believer for a long time and did not think it was necessary to use these for acne, but the patches truly help with the healing process and prevention of subconscious picking of the skin. I rated 5/5 but would probably rate more closely to 4.5/5 for the simple fact these don’t work well under makeup. Other than that these are absolutely wonderful! I have struggled with acne since I was a teenager, and hormonal acne as an adult. My acne varies from black heads, to small pimples but mostly cystic or “under the skin” acne. I am a horrible picker, and on top of that cystic acne hurts! These patches are absolutely amazing, I put them on over night or during the day if I am home and my pimples go away within 2-3 days where it used to take 2-3 weeks without patches! They reduce the redness, swelling, itching that some pimples may cause.
Great product helps get rid of acne overnightI love these patches so much. They are great for nighttime use. I usually put them on after I wash my face (before moisturizer and Serums otherwise they fall off) when I wake up they have pulled out the white nasty stuff from my acne and my acne is less inflamed. As for wearing these under makeup, I would not recommend using them that way.
**sorry in advance for my photos but I wanted you to be aware of the product** So I purchased this because of a buzzfeed.com article that recommended this for a 24 hour zit fix. My job is in customer service and there was one pimple on my that just wouldn't naturally go away! It just kept growing! I put this on (make sure your face is throughly cleaned or it won't stick properly) and slept with it on. It's a pretty thin adhesive. Now I will say, it did "pop it" so to speak because when I took it off before I got ready for work it was now flat like a pancake.
These hold on for dear life, so much so that when it’s time for them to come off I really have to stick a fingernail under there which can be bad for the sensitive spot I’m putting it on. That being said, this is the second time I’m purchasing these, they really do work to pull that oil out somehow, and I’ll likely continue purchasing them in the future. Very useful for sore spots, adds a layer of protection in case you accidentally brush up against the spot so it doesn’t hurt nearly as much or at all
